The signature massage is our most popular massage.  We combine methods from many massage styles to tailor the massage experience to your needs.  Some patrons use this massage as part of a sports recovery program, and others simply use it to relax after a tough day.  The health benefits are many - ranging from decreased neck soreness to better sleep at night.

For a gentler massage experience, the Swedish massage is for you. We use rhythmic strokes along key muscle strands and tissue groups to loosen tension and promote blood flow towards the heart.  We also provide essential oil blends of your choice for an aromatic touch.  Swedish massages can lower anxiety, boost your mood, improve sleep, and even help your immune system.

For a custom massage experience, try a water-heated hot stone massage.  The weight and warmth of each stone delivers gentle yet deep and consistent heat to reduce inflammation and relieve muscle pain and tension.  The stones can be moved all around the body and give a cozy blanket of warmth, or they can help iron out particularly tense knots in problem areas.

Our sleep massage is for those who feel stressed and anxious at night, or struggle with insomnia, and can’t get a good night’s sleep.  We will activate the vagus nerve with slow, rhythmic, deep strokes. It decreases cortisol and increases serotonin levels in your body.  This leads to lower blood pressure and relaxed heart rate, better preparing you for a full night’s rest.
